Ltd ) was founded in 20214, with R&D center and sales headquarter located in Dalian Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, small and pilot plant in Dalian Chinese Academy of Sciences Scientists' Achievement Transformation Base, and joint-venture production base in Fuxin Fluorine Chemical Industry Park of Liaoning Province, as well as branches in the United States, Estonia and Serbia. Through the cooperation with Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian University of Science and Technology, Shandong University, Dalian University of Technology, the technology has been in the world's leading position, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research of fluorine compounds and OLED materials, and is committed to providing professional services for the global pharmaceutical, fine chemical and electronic materials enterprises, and is a first-class high-end fluorine chemical research enterprise in China.The joint venture factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters and employs 200 people. The plant is equipped with organic synthesis laboratory, analysis laboratory, kilogram laboratory and scale-up workshop, and operates ISO quality system (ISO9001:2008), OHSAS occupational health and safety management system and ISO environmental management system (ISO14001:2015), and has the ability to realize the R&D of fluorine compounds and OLED materials from gram scale to kilogram scale and ton scale. We have the ability to realize the complete industrial chain from gram-level R&D to kilogram-level conversion and ton-level production. Reactor specifications 20L-3000L, reactor materials include 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, PTFE-lined kettle and glass-lined reactor, which can withstand high temperatures from -80 degrees to 150 degrees Celsius, and the workshop is equipped with 30 cubic meters of liquid nitrogen ultra-low-temperature refrigeration system, which can complete various scales of synthesis such as ultra-low-temperature reaction, coupling reaction, asymmetric catalytic reaction, formatting reaction, hydrogenation reaction, and high temperature and pressure, etc. It can accomplish various scales of synthesis such as ultra-low temperature reaction, coupling reaction, asymmetric catalytic reaction, formatting reaction, hydrogenation reaction, high temperature and high pressure. It is capable of synthesizing reactions of various scales, such as ultra-low temperature reaction, coupling reaction, formatting reaction, hydrogenation reaction, high temperature and high pressure, and so on. We have about 260 sets of reactors of various types.
H2-Chem emphasizes on safety management and employee safety protection and training. The company has formulated various safety management SOPs in accordance with the requirements of the national safety regulatory system at all levels, and passed the national safety standardization assessment in 2018.
